Tiki Golf Carts Rental Agreement

1. REQUIREMENTS

I am 21+ with a valid license and insurance. I assume all liability.

2. COMPLIANCE

I will not drive on sidewalks, the beach, or the Ocean Isle Beach Bridge. I will obey all DWI laws.

3. SAFETY

All passengers will use seatbelts. I will provide my own child car seats if needed.

4. MAINTENANCE

I will charge the cart daily. I accept the $75 low battery fee and $50 cleaning fee if applicable.

5. LIABILITY

I release Tiki Golf Carts from all claims and assume all risks of operation.

6. CANCELLATION

I understand the 14-day refund policy and authorize charges for damages or lost keys ($25+)

NOTE

REGARDING PARKING PERMITS

Tiki Golf Carts supplies parking permits for Ocean Isle Beach and renters should be familiar with parking ordinances which can be found on the Ocean Isle Beach official website. Any summons received for violation of the ordinance will be the sole responsibility of the renter. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged if action to collect fines is required.
