2. What types of golf carts do you offer? We offer both 4-passenger and 6-passenger golf carts to suit your needs. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family outing or a fun group adventure, we have the perfect cart for you!

3. Do you provide delivery for golf cart rentals? Yes, we offer convenient delivery to your location in Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. Our team will bring your golf cart directly to your doorstep, making it easy for you to start your adventure without any hassle.

4. How far in advance should I book my rental? We recommend booking your golf cart rental as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we also offer last-minute rentals when possible, so don’t hesitate to contact us even if you’re booking close to your rental date!

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy – We understand plans can change. We offer a full refund up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please reach out to us at (910) 880-2176 or via email to discuss this policy and any other changes to your booking. We’ll work with you to make the process as smooth as possible. 

6. Are there any age restrictions for renting a golf cart? To rent a golf cart from Tiki Golf Carts, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. If you have any questions about eligibility, don’t hesitate to contact us.

7. Do you offer any discounts for long-term rentals or repeat customers? Yes! We offer discounts for extended rentals.

We often offer repeat customer discounts during the off season but in prime time we don’t offer additional discounts. Be sure to ask our team about available promotions when making your reservation.

8. What safety precautions should I take while using the golf cart? For your safety, we provide a brief tutorial on how to operate the golf cart before your rental. Please ensure all passengers wear seat belts, follow all local traffic rules, and drive responsibly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. For the safety of our customers, our Tiki Golf Carts may not be driven over the OIB bridge.

9. Can I rent a golf cart for events or group outings? Absolutely! Our 6-passenger carts are perfect for group outings and special events. 11.  Do you provide parking permits? Yes, all our rentals include a parking pass for Ocean Isle Beach. We currently do not provide passes for Sunset Beach.
